Iso-hemagglutinins Anti-A and Anti-B titers in Group A, B and O Blood

Abstract
The anti-A and anti-B iso-hemaglutinins in Korean (Age: 18-35, Female, A group: 382,B group: 295,0 group: 254) were measure by method of test tuba-centrifugation technic. The titers distribution and the concentration of ant l-A:-and anti-B antibodies in group A,B and 0 blood were as follows:
1. Anti-B antibody titers in group-A blood: widely distributed from 118 to 1/2048, it¢¥s peak was 1/128, (30.10%), above 1/256 (33,24%), above 11512 (13,87%).
2. Anti-A antibody titers in group B blood: widely distributed from 1/16 to 1/2048, it¢¥s peak was 11128 (28.14%),. above 1/256 (47,79%), above 11512 (21.69%).
3. Anti-B antibody titers in group 0 blood: widely distributed from 1/16 to 112048, it¢¥s peak was 1/128 (35.43%), above 11255 (21.65%), above 11512 (9.45%),
4. Anti-A antibody titers in group 0 blood: widely distributed from 1/16 to 1/2048, it¢¥s peak was 1/128 (26.37%), above 11256 (47.3%), above 11512 (23.3%).
5. The high titer of the an 1-A antibody was much more than the anti-B antibody in group A, B and 0 blood.
6. A criteria for selecting low titer group 0 bloods for universal use was presented in Korean banked blood. A 1/200-11256 dilution of the group 0 serum or plasma must be tested.
